Do I have to be present during the service?
No, you do not need to be there during your service. However, we would like for you to be present at the end of the detail. So you can inspect the vehicle.
Do you come to me?
Yes, we come to you.
Do you need to use my water?
No, we will not need to use your water. However, if we are running low, we may ask to use enough water to finish the job.
Can you come to my job?
Yes, please make sure we have at least 3 parking spaces available, so that we do not block or wet any other cars.
How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
We recommend a DETAIL every 6 months depending on how often it is washed. If you are on our “Maintenance Plan” then you will need a detail once a year.
Should I run my vehicle through a car wash before you come?
No. Even if you feel your vehicle is really dirty.
Can I request a specific person to detail my car?
Yes. You can always request your favorite detailer. However availability will be based on their specific schedule, not the companies.
Do you accept tips?
Yes, they are not required and will not affect the quality of your service.
Do you offer upkeep services?
Of course. Please visit our “Maintenance” tab for pricing and plans.
What happens if it rains during my appointment?
If it rains on your appointment day, you will be contacted first thing in the morning for possible reschedule dates.
Depending on “Shop” availability, you may do a drop off service.
If you are scheduled for an afternoon appointment, you can wait the rain out if you don’t want to reschedule.
Am I able to cancel my appointment?
Yes, we require a minimum of 24hr notice for any reschedule or cancellation
If you fail to notify us before the 24hr notice. We will charge a $30 “NO SHOW” fee.
If you are doing a reschedule there will be no cancelation fees.
How long will it take for you to detail my car?
Detail times vary on package and vehicle condition. Please look for the time frames under the package you choose.
What if I have to leave during my appointment?
You do not need to be there during your service. If you need to take the vehicle we are working on, we will require the full payment at that time. We will reschedule you for No additional charge to finish at a later date.
Will I be able to drive my car after you’re finished?
Yes, if you received an extraction service, please make sure the vehicle is completely dry before sitting or placing mats on the treated surfaces.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, currently Credit Cards are the only form of payment we will accept. We will no longer accept Cash or Checks.
